Hi there. I am artist Kristin Loganbill of Moontea Artwork
As a west coast girl moving from California to Oregon, and now Washington State, I have been inspired by nature and and the beauty of the places in which I’ve lived.
I have been printmaking since I was a child, my very first project was making thumbprint stationery for my father’s colleague for money (a big deal when you are 7 years old!) . I enjoy the alluring hand-made, imperfect quality of block printing and screen printing and use these methods to print on paper and fabric.
I was lucky enough to learn sewing from my mother as a youth, and I now enjoy sewing household goods with beautifully textured linen fabric. Linen, with its eco-friendly footprint, its durability and elegant yet simple beauty make a welcome addition to any home.
